Pastel de Yuca

¿Qué tal un delicioso pastel de yuca para un domingo en familia? La verdad esta receta es genial, rinde para 12 porciones más o menos y es perfecta para experimentar un poco en la cocina.

Ingredientes: 

Pasta:

1 kilo de yuca

4 huevos

2 cucharadas  de caldo de pollo

1 taza de leche 

1 barra de mantequilla

1 taza de queso fresco cheddar

Relleno: 

1 cucharada de aceite

1 cebolla rallada

1 lata de 400ml de tomate en trocitos

1/2 kilo de carde molida

4 cucharadas de culantro

1 caja de queso crema de 220g 

Preparación:

1. Cocinar la yuca con sal, escurrirlay hacerla puré.

2. Batir las claras de huevo en nieve. 

3. Agregar el cado casero al puré de yuca, añadir la mantequilla, queso, yemas y por último las claras en nieve.

Preparación del relleno:

1. Cristalizar la cebolla en el aceite,agregar la carne, los tomates y condimentar con sal, pimienta y culantro. Al secar, retirar del calor.

Montaje del pastel:

1. Engrasar un pirex grande y poner la mitad de la yuca preparada, cubrir con la carne arreglada.

2. Encima porciones del queso crema. 

3. Cubrir todo con el restante de yuca.

4. Hornear por 40 minutos y servir caliente.

Además de ser natural, súper delicioso







Ingredientes:

1 taza de cubos de hielo
1 mago grande, maduro y pelado
1/4 de taza de splenda
1 taza de yogurt natural
1/2 tazade extracto de mango o jugo de naranja
1 pizca de sal

Preparación:

Mezclar todos  los ingredientes en el orden indicado. Procesar la preparación hasta  que  esté  suave.

Canastitas de hongos

Como boquitas en cualquier evento familiar, formal o una simple fiesta las canastitas de hongos nunca fallan. Les comparto la receta de esta deliciosa y fácil entrada:




Ingredientes:

Canasta:

1/2 taza de harina de maíz
1/2 taza de harina de trigo
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de azúcar
1 barra de mantequilla sin sal
1/4 de taza de agua

Relleno:

1 cucharadita de mantequilla
1 cebolla mediana picada
1 caja de hongos
2 cucharadas de vino blanco 
2 cucharadas de crema dulce
1 cucharada de perejil 
Sal y pimienta, al gusta


Preparación:

1. En un tazón, mezclar las harinas, la sal y el azúcar, con e ir agregando la mantequilla poco a poco hasta formar boronas. 
2. Luego, ir agregando el agua poco a poco hasta formar un masa, colocarla en una bolsa plástica y refrigerar por 20 minutos. 
3. Estirar y cortar la masa en forma redonda y ponerlas en un molde de tartaletas, refrigerar por 30 minutos. Luego hornearlas por 20 minutos.
4. En una sartén, freír  la cebolla en mantequilla, agregar los hongos rebanados, agregar sal y pimienta.
5. Una vez cocinado, agregar el vino blanco, reducir el fuego un poco y agregar la crema dulce, cocinar a fuego bajo  hasta que líquido  se reduzca casi todo, agregar el perejil y dejar enfriar.
